Hydrokinesiotherapy – Service temporarily unavailable

Hydrotherapy is performed in a 1,30 m high sea water pool with supports across the pool area.

In this treatment recovery, correction and maintenance exercises are performed, under the coordination of physiotherapy technicians.

It starts with warm-up exercises, followed by muscle toning exercises and stretches, ending with 5 minutes of hydromassage throughout the body.

This treatment is adapted to home situation in order to recover and maintain physical balance.

Hydrokinesiotherapy can be performed in 3 modalities.
