Clinical pilates

Clinical Pilates consists of a set of exercises aimed at rehabilitating and maintaining good spinal health.

The exercises are performed on the floor with or without accessories (balls, foam rollers, elastic bands, among others), divided into different levels of difficulty, which can be practiced in a group or individually, always considering the individual characteristics or needs of each person.

It can be practiced by anyone, as it is taught exclusively by a professional with certified training who will adapt the exercises to the physical condition of the spine and other structures, therefore not putting their joints, ligaments or muscles at risk.

Why practice Clinical Pilates?

The benefits of its practice are widely documented in different studies, being related to the improvement of flexibility, muscular strength, postural correction and breathing, contributing to physical and emotional well-being. It is known that in 80% of cases, back pain recurs after medical treatment, because patients do not correct their posture. Clinical Pilates exercises significantly reduce the appearance of new injuries.
