This program begins with a Scottish Jet Shower - an invigorating and relaxing massage of all the body's muscles and joints with heated seawater, followed by a sauna and hammam, and a break to experience an aromatic tea ritual. Then, in order to deeply detoxify and rejuvenate the body and its skin, the whole body is exfoliated with sea salts and essential oils, so that it can absorb all the mineral salts and trace elements contained in the algae, which are used to wrap the whole body.
After the Thalassotherapy treatments, you are invited to have lunch and go for a walk by the sea.
After lunch and the walk, the program begins with a relaxing signature massage, which is given to all the muscles of the body, from the feet to the head, including the face, relieving any accumulated tension and stimulating the release of endorphins. Shiatsu techniques, Indian head massage and a foot hygiene ritual with heated towels are also used.
This is followed by a Supreme Moisturizing Facial Ritual and a Reiki session so that your face looks magnificent and reflects all the happiness and pleasure that this day has given you.
