This deeply restorative treatment pays special attention to the back, neck and head, parts of the body that accumulate a lot of tension and stress. The Scottish Jet Shower - an invigorating and relaxing massage of all the body's muscles and joints with heated seawater, followed by a sauna and hammam prepare the muscles to receive a back and head massage, a massage of all the muscles of the back, shoulders, neck, head and face, relieving all the accumulated tension and stimulating the release of endorphins. Shiatsu and Indian head massage techniques are also used, as well as essential oils and heated towels on the feet, ending with chakra alignment.
