This is the ideal program for those who want to relax body, mind and soul! Start with an invigorating and relaxing massage of all the muscles and joints of the body performed with a jet of heated seawater (If you choose to do 2 Thalassotherapy treatments, you will do an algae body aplication, a deeply detoxifying and remineralizing treatment), followed by a sauna/Turkish bath session, to detoxify the body and relieve muscle tension,  And then receive a 30-minute relaxing and therapeutic signature massage for body, mind and soul. This massage includes all the muscles of the body from head to toe, passing through the face, relieving all the accumulated tension and stimulating the release of endorphins. Shiatsu, foot reflexology and Indian head massage techniques are also used, and essential oils and heated towels are used.

Between treatments or at the end of the program, a romantic tea ritual is served.
